Yes! All our rental vehicles come with commercial-grade insurance included in the weekly rate. You do not need to purchase separate insurance.
Security deposits vary by vehicle tier — typically $300–$500. The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, subject to inspection.
We offer unlimited mileage on most of our rental plans, so you can drive as much as you need to maximize your earnings. Some specialty vehicles may have different terms.
Yes! Same-day pickup is available for approved applicants. Complete your application, upload your documents, and we'll have a vehicle ready for you.
24/7 roadside assistance is included with every rental. Call our emergency line and we'll dispatch help immediately. For extended repairs, we'll provide a replacement vehicle to keep you earning.
Yes. You may return the vehicle early with 48 hours notice. Refunds for unused rental days are issued as rental credit toward your next rental period.
You need a valid driver's license, proof of age (21+), your gig platform driver profile screenshot or approval letter, and a signed rental agreement.
Yes! Our vehicles can be used for both gig platform deliveries/rides and personal driving. There are no restrictions on personal use.
Payments are due every 7 days from your rental start date. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Auto-pay is available through the driver portal.
We send reminders 3 days before your payment is due. A 3-day grace period applies after the due date. After the grace period, a late fee may apply. Contact us immediately if you anticipate payment difficulties.
Yes, vehicle upgrades and switches are available based on fleet availability. Contact our team and we'll arrange a vehicle swap, usually within 24-48 hours.
Our minimum rental period is 1 week. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans with discounts for longer commitments.
Yes! Refer a friend and both of you get a discount. You receive $25 off your next weekly payment, and your friend gets $25 off their first week. See our referral page for details.
Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection before each rental. You'll receive a condition report at pickup, and a pre-return inspection is done together with our staff.
We maintain a fleet of clean, late-model vehicles (typically 2019 or newer). All vehicles meet gig platform vehicle age requirements.
Yes, you are responsible for fuel. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup. This keeps your costs predictable and you in control.
You are responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and parking tickets incurred during your rental period. Any unpaid violations may be charged to your security deposit.
Additional drivers can be added for a small weekly fee. All additional drivers must meet the same approval requirements and be listed on the rental agreement.
Log in to the driver portal to request a renewal. Renewals are processed automatically for drivers in good standing with auto-pay enabled.
We understand gig work has peaks and valleys. Contact us to discuss a temporary hold — subject to availability, we'll do our best to accommodate short pauses.

Minor violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. DUI, reckless driving, or major violations within the past 3 years will typically disqualify an application.
